Sewing pushed aside

...by necessary canning! We have a large garden and a small orchard, so this week we have put up tomato sauce and applesauce. Today is dedicated to green beans and raspberry jam! The jam can count as work on Christmas gifts though since some will be added to the jam baskets. I have fit in some sewing so I don't loose momentum...I finished up a baby carrier (mai tai style) yesterday and need to finish the apron for the birthday party we will be attending tonight!
