A quick look back at 2011 makes me realize I did a decent amount of sewing, but didn't get around to blogging about most of it! Ah well.

I did a fair job of staying ahead of the yardage in this year, mostly by donating a bunch of it. I have a few project lined up for the beginning of this year, and have added another person with a sewing machine to the house, so I hope to stay ahead again this year!
My goal for this year is to sew at least one garment a month and to use up 50 yards of stash. It is probably a bit ambitious with a nursling and toddler underfoot, but nothing ventured, nothing gained! Another project for the year is to re-bind our wedding quilt. After almost 11 years of use, the binding is quite frayed. I've never bound a quilt, so it will be a first for me! And that bra is still on the list...
