I need to sew the antependium tonight. I got it cut out, though I was talking to my mom and I think I am going to cut the underlining piece wider and the over bit narrower so that my 1/2" seams weight the edges and I only have 1/2" of satin wrapping under. I tested my fusible interfacing and it should work fine with the satin. To clear off my sewing table, I finished up a pair of flannel pants for ds today and mended a pair of pj's and almost got the cat pj's pants done. I also scavenged the notions from some bras that don't fit anymore.
Still waiting to be sewn:
- fleece set for youngest
- 1 pair of lounge pants for niece
- 1 pair of boxers for dh
- p.j. shirt and hems on cat pj's
Still to be cut out:
- doll outfits for AG doll
- shirt to go with ds's pants to make pj set
- doll(s) and house for youngest
Things to *maybe* make:
- velour dresses for girls to wear for Christmas Eve at IL's
- shirt for Christmas for me (heck, some clothes for me..any clothes for me, lol!)
- pj shirts for dh
