Progress up date.

After two bodice muslins to check fit (since  the dress is being made with THREE different bodice patterns), the FHC dress is cut out. I have appropriate thread, and a clean sewing table. I also have a cranky toddler, so that is as far as I have gotten with the dress. Ah well. I think it is nap time.
