So, I am officially at more fabric out than in! I finished up the princess dress very late (or early, lol!) the night before the party. She was thrilled, which I guess is the essential thing!
I also made a reversible apron that needs a bit more pattern tweaking to make it great, but it will certainly work once I have made a few "after market" adjustments. It is fully reversible and used up some long time stash, hurray!
This weekend I further trashed my sewing room by hauling out my linen and linen blends and other bits and pieces that I didn't sew last year. I need to make myself some more skirts or something, since I haven't found any jeans that fit right (at least, not within in my budget!). I need to rearrange a bit more so that I can actually sew instead of getting tangled up in fabric. Then I will have a cutting party and cut out another skirt or two. Or maybe trace out a pair of pants from Ottobre. I probably will need to sew pants that fit eventually.
