I'm glad I added extra length and width for my belly. It was a fairly easy pattern to adjust for a much larger bust without too much fiddling. I didn't measure the band right, so it looks weird, but it does serve the purpose of keeping my shirt in place over underbelly bottoms and not allowing my toddler to peek at the baby at inopportune times...
